Exercise 'reverses' muscle ageing

According to the BBC, new research shows that exercise can reverse muscle ageing. So if you still hanker for that 20 year old body you used to have, you can have it with a little sweat.

I’m not sure about pumping iron in a gym though.

I’d recommend choosing a form of exercise you enjoy.



  1. Oh, this makes me feel so guilty. I LOVE to work out, hike, dance, or kayak, but lately I have been chained to my computer.

  2. But on the plus side, Patry, you can go back to it when you have time and your muscles will be good as new.
