After a few days of insomnia and a cracking 3 day migraine, I’m tired. (which explains why I’ve not posted anything)

I’m tired, but not exhausted.

Could it be the 99% dark chocolate I’ve been munching?

Or the yoga exercise? I miscounted this morning and increased from 17 to 19 of each exercise – I got there, but it was much tougher than usual.

Whatever it is, a lot of the time I feel like a normal, tired person. And that’s a big improvement.
