13 Tibetans and some housework

This week I’ve slept for England, around 10 hours a day. I can’t say I feel any better for it, but I’d rather have it this way than the insomnia I’ve had in the last few months.

This morning I got up and did 13 rounds of the 5 Tibetans. It was hard going, but so far I haven’t suffered for it the rest of the day. I haven’t exactly felt energised either, but I’ll settle for not being completely knackered.

I helped hang some pictures in the flat. We’ve only lived here 4 years, so it’s about time. Many of the pictures are of mountains, including a beautiful black and white of the Vallée Blanche that I bought in Chamonix a few years back. I hope they’ll serve as inspiration. I’m itching to get back to the Alps this summer.
